Starting therapy
If you decide you would like to make contact with me about the possibility of starting therapy, please feel free to phone or email me.
I will offer you a free, 20 minute discussion on the phone to talk through what is bringing you to therapy. You will have the opportunity to ask me questions about the process and get a feel for how I work so that you are better equipped to take a decision about whether you would like to continue.
Cost
Sessions are charged at £80.
I offer sessions in person and online, using a secure platform that is appropriate for therapy.
Session length & frequency
Sessions last 50 minutes and we normally meet weekly at the same agreed time.
During the initial discussion, we would discuss whether the therapy would be open-ended in duration or time-limited, depending on your needs and situation.
Supervision
If you are a qualified therapist or an organisation that provides therapy or therapeutic support, interested in individual or group supervision, please do get in touch.

My practice is very close to Hampstead, Finchley Road, Swiss Cottage and Belsize Park underground stations as well as Finchley Road & Frognal overground station. The area is also very well served by buses and there is metered parking on the street as well as in the nearby O2 shopping centre.
